Most of our business comes from referrals, and most of those referrals come from other lawyers. Other lawyers trust us to handle cases they can’t or would prefer not to handle because they know we will treat them and the potential client with respect
- We will interview the client promptly.
- We will make a prompt decision about whether to accept the case.
- If we don’t accept the case, we will explain our reasoning so the referring lawyer knows whether it would be worthwhile to refer the client to someone else.
- If we accept the case, we will let the referring lawyer know we accepted the case and will discuss that lawyer’s potential involvement going forward.
It’s simple, but not every law firm does it. That’s why other law firms don't get the referrals we do.
