Ben Donovan concentrates his practice in commercial litigation.
He has experience in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, insurance coverage disputes, arbitration law, business torts, and appellate procedure. Additionally, Ben’s practice includes the prosecution of class action product liability cases.
Before joining DLM LAW, Ben worked at a commercial litigation boutique firm representing clients throughout the United States. Prior to that, Ben served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Alok Ahuja of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District. Ben graduated magna cum laude from Washburn University School of Law. While in law school, Ben was a legal intern in Washburn’s Small Business & Nonprofit Clinic, during which he assisted businesses in Topeka, Kansas with corporate governance issues. Prior to attending law school, Ben worked for a health information technology company.
In his free time, Ben enjoys home-brewing, playing and watching basketball and soccer, and spending time with his wife and three kids.
