About DLM Law

It was 2005, and two partners from a mid-sized litigation boutique in Kansas City decided to strike out on their own. The goal:

A client-centered law firm, protecting the rights of individuals, entrepreneurs and small business owners.

The firm’s first client was an entrepreneur who had sold his small business to a New York-based corporate conglomerate and was under fire for allegedly failing to disclose certain facts in the due diligence process.

What started out as a defense case ended up with the buyer writing our client a six-figure check. DLM LAW had begun.

Our mission today remains the same as it was in 2005.
We fight for the legal rights of individuals and small businesses.

This may mean representing a small to mid-size company harmed by a bigger business partner, a consumer harmed by a defective product, or it may mean representing the U.S. Government embodied in the form of an individual whistleblower that had the courage to come forward and report someone who cheated taxpayers. In all cases, we pledge to use our tenacity, creativity and compassion to make a positive impact in our clients’ lives. It’s not only what we do; it’s who we are. If you have a legal problem and need someone to help, please call us.

We understand that navigating the legal process can be daunting. When you work with us, you can rest assured that we will fight tirelessly to help you meet your goals and protect your rights.
