Rachel Buchholz

Rachel Buchholz has worked with the attorneys of DLM LAW LLC since 2008.

Ms. Buchholz has experience in supporting and managing the caseloads of multiple attorneys. Her skills include conducting client intake, the management of court deadlines, assisting with the preparation of documents, subpoena preparation, and filing cases and other pleadings in both state and federal courts, as well as, venues such as AAA and FINRA.

Rachel Buchholz is well-versed with document management of voluminous discovery productions. Her trial skills include exhibit preparation, witness management, and other courtroom tasks to ensure trial runs smoothly.

In addition to paralegal work, she also serves as the Office Manager of DLM LAW and manages the administrative tasks of the firm, including accounts receivable and payable, attorney registrations, and additional office operations.

Rachel Buchholz graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an Associates’ Degree in Paralegal Studies.

In her free time, she spends time with her children and their activities. She also volunteers with organizations such as, Girl Scouts and PTA, and teaches classes to incoming foster parents in the State of Missouri.
