David Marcus has served as lead counsel in numerous jury trials, helping to safeguard the rights of inventors, entrepreneurs and business owners all across the country.
David Marcus has spent nearly three decades representing inventors, entrepreneurs and business owners in complex cases involving everything from the breach of an asset purchase agreement, to the infringement of a patent and copyright, to alleged legal malpractice.
After getting his start at a large law firm, David Marcus went on to become a partner at a boutique litigation firm before founding his own firm about a decade into his practice. David Marcus has tried numerous cases to jury verdict in state and federal courts, and also handled arbitrations administered by the American Arbitration Association, JAMS and FINRA.
David Marcus has argued cases on appeal before the Eighth Circuit, the Tenth Circuit and the Federal Circuit, and state appellate courts in Missouri and Kansas. David Marcus is a 1993 graduate of Arizona State University and a 1996 graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Law.
